"Reflections of Christ in My Life"
Presented by the Laity of our Congregation
Sunday September 29 was Laity Sunday- the time when we give our pastors the "day off" (well, sort of), and the people of the congregation lead the worship. During the two services, several speakers shared their reflections on how Christ has been evident in their lives' experiences.
The scripture reading was Matthew 5:13-16 , in which Jesus says that we are to be the "light of the world" and the "salt of the Earth."
