Intercessory Prayer Warriors
The power of prayer is awesome! Intercessory prayer is a vital part of our life in the Pitman United Methodist Church. Praying for someone doesn't have to be specific. God knows His sheep and we don't have to tell Him the details of the situation. He's already there. But the heartfelt prayer of His children lifting up the names of those who are suffering can unleash some mighty miracles.
If you're in need, we're ready to pray for you. We have a web of "prayer warriors" which can be accessed through one of our Prayer Chains.
Telephone Prayer Chain
PUMC has a group of dedicated prayer warriors who will pray for individuals as they are made aware of them thru the use of a phone prayer chain. If you have a need which requires immediate prayer, contact the Church Office (856- 589 - 8313) or the Prayer Chain Coordinator to have your name go thru the prayer chain.
E-Mail Prayer Chain
The phone chain has been part of our fabric for many years, but we have also established web of warriors using email. If you or a loved one are in need of prayer, send us an email and your name will be lifted in prayer. You don't have to include any details. Just fill out the electronic form and you will be prayed for in confidence.
