Not Ready for Prime Time Singers
Do you like to sing but really aren't good enough for the choir? Then come join the Not Ready for Prime Time Singers. We visit those within the church who are shut-in and appreciate a brief visit and a chance to sing some of their old time favorite hymns. It doesn't matter what you sound like, the shut-ins will really appreciate you taking a few minutes (15 minutes) out of your busy schedule a couple Saturday's a month to come visit and sing with them. Alot of times, we receive more than we give.
Not Ready For Prime Time Singers meet at a person's home for fellowship & dinner prior to visitation. Depending on the number of people on a particular Saturday, we divide into 2 - 4 groups of people and go visit those in nursing homes or are shut in and can not get to church. Following visitation, we gather back at the home for desert and talk about our visits.
